I use various techniques depending on suitability and receptibility of an individual, the main focus is to produce result and not which technique I use.

Life Coaching is like sport coaching; there is always a goal to reach for making improvement through self-empowerment.

I work with clients to define specific, achievable goals, through emotional healing and create action plans to reach them.

The emphasis is on moving forward and making progress towards desired outcomes, by healing the root cause of the problem so that it would not have relapse in the future.

Hypnotherapy:
Accessing the Subconscious
Hypnotherapy utilizes a relaxed, focused state to access the subconscious mind, where emotions, memories, and beliefs are stored.

By exploring the subconscious, individuals can uncover the origins of their emotional distress, including past experiences and unresolved traumas.

Time Line Therapy®
is a process of hypnosis. It is based on the concept that it is important to clear negative emotions and beliefs that surround events from the past in order to change patterns of behaviour in the future
Understanding the Time Line
The core concept is that our memories are stored in a linear fashion, like a timeline in our minds.
This timeline can be accessed to identify and address negative emotions and limiting decisions linked to past events.

Identifying Negative Emotions and Limiting Beliefs
I help clients identify and release the "big five" negative emotions associated with past events: anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt. We also identify limiting beliefs that may be holding the client back from achieving their goals.

Releasing Negative Emotions
I guide clients to revisit past events on their timeline, often from a detached perspective, to release the negative emotions connected to them. Techniques may include reframing the event, practicing forgiveness, and detaching from the emotional impact. For anxiety, the client might imagine being above their timeline and visualize the anxiety-inducing event from that perspective, focusing on the point where the anxiety reduces.

Clearing the Past and Creating a New Future
By releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs, individuals can create space for positive emotions and healthier beliefs. This process can lead to improved mental health, increased confidence, and the ability to pursue goals with greater clarity and motivation. In essence, Time Line Therapy® helps individuals let go of the emotional weight of the past to create a more fulfilling future.
Program sessions are primarily conducted Online (available Internationally) but can also be conducted in person if you reside in Singapore.
