Understanding and Managing Stress

Stress is generally defined as an emotional or mental strain caused by challenging or negative situations. When left unaddressed, stress can significantly affect your emotional well-being, thought patterns, and overall quality of life.

Here are the common signs and symptoms of stress, which can show up in your body, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Stress affects everyone differently, but recognizing the signs early can help you manage it more effectively.

I was in a depressed state about a yr ago. Thankfully, I came across Lady SC. I remember how it seemed fated for me to stumble upon her FB page from a spiritual event that a tarot classmate attended, and shared.
