WHO IS LADY SC?
My name is Lady SC (Sau Cheong) or "秀珍" in my native language.
I am a Life Coach who has helped hundreds of people in the past 20+ years to overcome problems and reach their full potential by discovering and removing deep unconscious roadblocks from their past.
Just like you and almost everyone out there, I harbored deep-set blockages from my past which prevented me from spreading my wings in life. More often than not, these blockages are unconscious and stem from past trauma.
'Past trauma' can seem like an overtly exaggerated term but it could be something as simple as a simple body gesture or a remark someone made to you which (unknowingly to you) has had a profound effect on everything you do.
My lifelong work has equipped me with the skills that help to identify these past trauma and to 'heal' or overcome them systematically in order for you to truly reach your full potential and gain the fulfilling life / happy relationships / bountiful career that you deserve.

This is by no means an exhaustive list as I continue to constantly grow my knowledge and skill sets that help to provide my clients with tailored holistic solutions to their individual needs and the ever changing landscape around them.
PAST WORK
I have worked with individuals from all walks of life; from seasoned corporate leaders or business owners, blue/white collar professionals, home makers and even students.
Some present themselves with more severe situations that require deep immediate therapy. These include those on the verge of breakdown or have suffered from an overwhelming negative experience such as the loss of a loved one or abuse.
Others are 'stuck' in life, love or work and require clarity, advice or direction in the form of coaching.
Whatever negative situation you might find yourself in, having an experienced Life Coach by your side will help not just to overcome your problems but also to do it in an accelerated effective manner.
Program sessions are primarily conducted Online (available Internationally) but can also be conducted in person if you reside in Singapore.
I also work with groups and in corporate settings where I have been invited as a trainer / speaker at numerous events.
