My Story

Personal Story of Healing
From a very traditional family, being the youngest of 6 children, I had no voice in the family as I grew up. With a large age gap between siblings, all of them were trying to parent me. I was constantly in fear of making mistakes or that something bad would happen to me.

Everyone thought I was mute as a child, due to my extreme introverted nature. I also experienced brutal school bullying and being outcasted since preschool.

I could not find any connection at home, friends were extremely important in my teenage years and finally had a few friends.

First-time in deep depression with self-harm at the age of 15. Second time was at 18 when two good friends died in tragic ways, I felt undeserving to continue living due to survivor guilt.

Vowed to be a loner to not to get hurt again for the rest of my life but was unable to focus and did badly in all aspects of my life.
At the age of 31, I started to go through intensive healing with meditation, healing sessions and workshops to seek for inner peace. Eventually I became a practitioner and trainer to certify others. I started helping others with a strong belief in the benefit of caring for mental health.
As a result of healing, I embraced self-love and let go of the past. Married at 38, I have two healthy children in my 40s. I love every single bit of my life and see it as a beautiful. Past hurt and trauma have become my strength and wealth of wisdom to guide other people.
